HOW TO : 
Get soft, natural-looking eyebrows, using the spoolie end of the eyebrow pencil to comb up through your brows to lift your arch. Then use the pencil end to fill in any gaps. This can be done using hair-like strokes, or by gently shading in any sparse areas. Next, we recommend blending the product out using the spoolie once again, removing any harsh lines. Resulting in the perfect arched filled natural-looking eyebrows.
